What is Holistic massage?Holistic massage is a bespoke massage specifically tailored for each individual client. It takes into account the person as a "whole" rather than just the physical body. This holistic approach means that the massage follows no set routine, instead a variety of appropriate massage techniques are utilised depending on the client's needs at the time. The massage may involve deep tissue techniques, stretches, mobilisation, gentle massage, relaxation work and energy work.
